Distracted by my own loneliness, I did not realise other people's loneliness. The sounds of the watch-night bell piled heavily upon my foolish self. Like a wide river, flowing slowly, the new year had arrived.

I understand it in my mind, but why can't I move? I say that I have "no reasons left to win", but then why am I bitter when I lose?

I suddenly realized after being asked, I really don't have "a place I want to go". I wasn't that I "wanted to go somewhere". But rather that I just "wanted to end up going somewhere"..

It felt like I was hitting him with my bare hands, move by move. It's like I can still feel the warmth of the skin that i hit..
